The Young Money MC, and son of the legendary Peter Gunz, was arrested and taken into custody yesterday afternoon in his hometown, Bronx, after being found with a loaded firearm. Little detail is known at this time, but his father, Peter, maintains it was "definitely an illegal search." While this may have been Cory's first incident with law enforcement, his father is still worried about the possible repercussions of this particular arrest. New York, known for its strict gun laws, has recently put Lil Wayne, Prodigy, and Plaxico Burress in prison for similar charges. [via MTV News]
