So as most of you might already know, Whitney Houston has passed away at the age of 48. The cause of death is unknown, but we should have a lead on that soon. Let us pay our respects to one of the most influential divas of all time. She will be truly missed by friends, family, and her fans.

Get Familiar: Cuban Link- Flowers For the Dead

This weeks "Get Familiar" song is a special one. 12 years ago, Hip-Hop lost one of  its greatest lyricist, Christopher Rios, known to us as Big Punisher. After dealing with obesity and at constant war with his weight, the great Big Pun passed away at the young age of 28. A Day to Remember: Big Pun

     On this faithful day February 7, in the year 2000, we lost Christopher Rios, also known as Big Punisher. Some come into tears remembering the impact Big Pun had, especially with the Hispanic community. Big pun grow up in the South side of the Bronx, where life was not easy growing up. Witnessing his drug abuse mom and his father dying at a early age, some might say, lead to him dropping out of high school.

I guess Bow Wow hasn't paid all his dues. Apparently, he owes $100,000 to a tour bus company he used in 2009. Pretty late there, Bow Wow. We'll keep you posted on what happens, but he better pay that off if he's planning to release Underrated later this year.
