Don Logan doesn't get nearly enough credit for his lyricism. In my opinion, he's overlooked because of his flow, southern drawl, and usage of trap beats, but if anyone were to look at his lines on paper, you'd be hard-pressed to say he wasn't a great rapper. Honest Abe - Legacy (Mixtape)
A day late, but better late than never. This dope cut from New York native Honest Abe is a perfect blend of abstract production mixed with eccentric and surreal lyrics. Right off the jump the tape brings you into the world of the young emcee. The artistry of each song has you creating new visuals in your head every play. My only grip with it is that it's only 5 songs deep, you're left wanting more and more. Because of all of this, I'm excited to give this the COP badge of approval. Catch the Download link below.
